I am facing a problem I have made a flow in “Twilio studio flow”, it’s a feedback like system. I have to test it. I am sending message from Pakistan on a USA phone number. and in return i should get another message but i am not getting any response.
I have read about it. and it says only Canada or USA Phone numbers can send messages on USA phone number. In other words, no other country’s send message will be entertained by Twilio in case of USA Phone Number, you will receive messages from USA number but your reply won’t reach or get by the flow.
I have developer Plan, and I am trying to reach there support, my plan only include Web Support, Can I create a ticket of issue ? there is a special section to see tickets and everything but I can’t find any button or form there to fill up to make a ticket, only a chat bot is there which is useless for my case.
Is there any solution for it. Any other way, platform ?
