Updating content_id and content_type of button for TikTok

I am trying to create an event in TikTok’s ad manager that triggers a SubmitForm action when someone presses the submit button on my sign up form.

I have it set up in TT ads managers but when I test it, I receive the error below from TT. I think it’s telling me that I have to add content_id and content_type parameters to the button, but I’m not sure where to add it on Bubble.
