Hi!
There is limit of 1,000 lines in starter plan. Ok! But at the pricing page there is nothing about this limit, or how these increase in others plans.
What i can to do?
Use a plugin like: 1T - CSV Creator 3.0
Re the CSV limit, probably feedback for the Bubble team CC: @fede.bubble
