Urgent: My app suddenly switched to free plan

I just paid for Pro plan and it was running without problem for couple of minutes, but suddenly it switched back to free plan and my app is unpublished, wrote to support but they are on a holiday till Tuesday. My app is unreachable to customers now, I need URGENT help!
