Use app to write values to a device behind a firewall?

Our hardware is installed on site behind a firewall as expected, and can make values available in differnet protocols, 1 being an IoT compatible protocol, REST/MQTT

What protocols does Bubble support?

I want to be able to see multiple values from our hardware on site, and write values back to other parameters.Is this possible?
