Hello bubblers, how can I add the feature to my login screen so that users can either enter their email address Or their phone number along with their password to login ??

Email address OR phone number + password

Build a UI (buttons, texts, icons, … as you prefer) to present them with either choice.
Once the user chooses, then build the respective signup flow. So, to complement @mikeloc great suggestion, perhaps this could help for the email signup:
