User uniqueid before email confirmation

Is it possible to know the user uniqueid before email confirmatio? Or when i got confirmed the email is it possible to know the user id?
Is bubble sending back some info?

You always get a unique ID.

I’m quite certain that, if the visitor - a logged out user - converts into a user, the unique ID will remain the same.
