I’m now using plugin ipiphy to restrict access by IP address.
By ipiphy, get user’s IP address and check if it is registered on the database when user load the page.
If it is not registered, go to page ‘redirect’.
From my pc, it works well.
But from my mobile phone or tablet, it doesn’t work well.
Anyone know about this problem?

On my mobile and tablet, it works well when changed the display to PC site version.
And found another problem.
On the live ver, not development ver, didn’t work well on all devices.
