Using the HTML tool to show small html5 videos, but they won't resize to fit the container.. Any idea

Hey,

So I am using small videos on my webpage as they are much better then mb heavy gifs. The problem is that it won’t resize without adding CSS, which as you know is not possible… right?

Here is my current setting.

Now if there is any html code that I can fit in this that would work.
