I run a application were my users have their contact information.
is it possible to make users save each other to their phone contacts via vCard?
can creat a .vcf file and downloade it, but i can`t open the file that i can creat a new contact out of it?

Yes, this is possible. You can generate a vcf file containing the contact information of a user.
There are a couple of plugins available on the marketplace that does this.
