Hello,
I am seeking a bubble developer for a mobile application idea. I wanted the application to feature live video reporting capabilities that can be uploaded/saved and paired with a reporting feature to explain or caption the paired video. I’d also like the ability to store these uploaded videos somewhere, to a database or server, or something similar, with the ability for users to search through user video submissions.

I know very little about the creation of mobile apps, and need a little patience and probably a few simple explanations here and there. I’m trying to build a semi functional prototype with a few features.
