Vimeo Upload error "No User Credentials Provided"

I found the problem.
One have to authorize upload that is not the case by default in Vimeo App:

Your JSON is not valid (there’s a comma missing after the "name’ value).

The error was a capitalized letter in Content-Type header => one need to use application/json instead of Application/json
