There are several one signal plugins. Which one is the most up to date and functional one? With the official bubble one, I can set up an allow prompt, but sending the notification itself does not seem to work.

This is very strange as I was just going on to write exactly the same post as you. 
Bubble support has been incredibly poor and slow as of late in helping me fix this .
I’m really in need to push notification to a list of users and bubbles plugin really does not cut the mustard it seems.
I’m back in discovery phase now and trying to find an alternative option.
So I will keep a close eye on this post and hopefully someone will come in with a good solution for us or at least recommend a plugin that works.
If you manage to get anything working with push notifications Id be really interested to know.
