I’m guessing that no it won’t. That firewall works on the server OS level.
Are you trying to accomplish something in particular? Maybe share that and we can check if / how you could do that on Bubble.
one of my projects has a payment gateway on one side and me on the other end, worried about redirects on the dns , how to protect against such attacks? besides dnssec

I would give Cloudflare another go last I tried , my site crashed, not sure why it changed all the settings
