Hi there, @ramanditaas… those numbers are the unique id’s of the things that are created in a data type. You can actually change the display of that unique id to some other field associated with the data type by clicking the Primary fields button on the App data tab. For example, if the id’s in your screenshot are users and you would rather have a user’s email address appear in the database, you can change the primary field for User from unique id to email.
