What is "All Users Modified"?

Please what is “All users modified”?

Hi there, @Buddha… what you have highlighted is just a modified view of the All Users data type, and those views are created when you click the pencil icon next to a data type and modify the data you are seeing. With it being only a view, you can safely delete it if you don’t need to see that view of the data.
