Does anyone know for certain if there is a limit to the number of apps you can deploy in bubble?

You get one app per plan, but you can have as many apps as you want. If you want the paid features, though, you pay a subscription for each app individually.
Interesting…then why does it allow me to make more than one app?
You can make as many apps as you’d like, there’s no limit! Once you want to add paid features, however, the subscription only applies to one specific app.

If I am working on an app in paid version, and then decide to delete the app, can i use the subscription on another app?
No. The plan is per app basis.
