For a Non Tech (myself), what should I use that doesn’t call for much tech knowledge?

At User sign up they will select a payment schedule to access the App. I was thinking of offering both Month to Month/Pay as you go and Recurring Auto payment.
yes u can do it… paypal do have recurring payment option
Well what i can advice you is to learn the API functions
Payment Gateway’s are external resource… so plugging them into your app would be more ease by API … Well, Bubble has couple of gateway plugins
May be understand how your payment service provider can connect with you.
