This is going to a bit hard to explain but I’ll try my best.
I want to make a workflow work across all pages without actually pressing CTRL + C and then CTRL + V again and again on all different pages for them to be disabled and really never activated again.
Now I don’t want to make a Boolean variable but I believe thats the only way forward just asking if there is another way around doing that.
Have you thought about setting up backend workflows and then triggering those from the pages that you want to access them?

Please explain what you mean by ‘Backend workflows’, I’ve never heard of those before.
I am not sure will this comment can answer your question. When I add a new page and clone with previous page (like the image below), the workflow will be copied to your newly added page, so you don’t need to copy and paste the workflow. Also, you can create a custom event to help you with your tasks (like the image below from Bubble documentation).
