I created an app that users search, a tracking app, I noticed that a user used 300 workload a day, which means for 1000 people using my app, that is 300,000 workload a day, then in 30 days that is 9 Million workload Oh no the money goes to bubble. Is my calculation wrong?
You need to make sure that the app is very smartly built, you need to track what’s happening on every move and how much is the consumption. Also check certain actions are repeated every time or a loop, you can check more on analytics
The calculations are not wrong.
But is your app optimized? Is the revenue that you generate by spending this amount worth it? Is the model of your app sustainable by this spend?
As @siddharth mentioned, the app needs to be built smartly and in an optimised manner.
Have a look at some forum threads on the matter. Hopefully that will give you better insights.
How much can 9 million workload cost
OP look at the section under workload add-ons. At 9 Million I’d go for the 6 million add-on then use overages for the additional 3 million WU. That’ll cost you around USD $840 a month on WU add-on. With 1000 users, there’s nothing to worry about IMO since it’s a around a dollar per user per month.
