I’ve finally started to get the hang of programming through bubble’s visual platform. I am very happy and I’ve started to make progress with developing my app. Now that I’m better understanding how to work with API’s, I have a question.
Is it possible to add other API’s then what is offered in bubble’s plugin list?
I’m trying to build a working prototype of what will essentially be lyft for tech support, on-demand tech support. This will require me to have some sort of way for users to submit ticket requests, comment on those tickets, and for tech professionals to be assigned to them, resolve them, comment on them, change the status of them and get paid after closing the ticket.
Zendesk offers API’s for this, however, I’m not experienced enough to know how to integrate this into my bubble project. And if I cannot do this, I would like to know if bubble’s standard tools have the capacity to build a basic bare bone version of customer relationship management.
