Zenscroll not showing in plugins?

Hi all,

I have installed a plugin called Zenscroll but it’s not showing in my visual element panel? I’ve done a search too but nothing? Is there anything else I should try?

The Zenscroll plugin doesn’t have any Elements, only actions.
