Would be interesting to hear what you think of it, especially the english translation and loading times on your ends - If you have any suggestion please feel free to comment below:)
I´m also planning to create some ads for instagram to see if there are people interested in custom made jewelry, will definitely keep you updated how this works.
This is a really awesome idea, @gindele91! It’s a great example of how makers can move beyond a standard storefront and how Bubble can power it.
The translation loaded with no issues. (And I very much appreciated not having to use Google translate).
As a feature improvement, I might recommend the ability to either export an image or to “save” a design (either as an object in the database or with a URL).
For the “Buy Now” button, I’d recommend making this less subtle. At first, I scrolled down to the “Safe Payment” group because I overlooked the “Buy Now” button.
I love this site. Simple, clean and very intuitive.
I did something similar. I thought the payment buttons were clickable so i clicked them. lol
I also love how you used the Air Date/Time picker for selecting the date starting with the Year.
Here is a small suggestion. I realized that the date picker always shows above the input. So sometimes i had to scroll down a bit before picking.
There is an option in the plugin to automatically position the picker. It works really well and should address this issue.
Hey @gindele91, not sure if this is by design.
But i realized that when the image is showing the bracelet on the hand, changing the colors doesn’t reflect on the image. Maybe this is by design.
If it is by design then maybe you could consider changing the colors too just like the other two images.
This way the user gets to see how it will look on their hands.
You may even add a new option for the hand color tone (only when the hand image is showing)
This way the user will have a better idea how the color combinations will look on them (with their skin tone).
Something to think about.
But again it still good as it is now. The English translation worked perfectly for me and the site loads very quick too.
Thanks @dan1, saving the design is definitely a good idea, i think i´ll implement a workflow when the users inserts his mail to save the design and send them the link to the site with the object:)
And for the payment button i will have a look and see if there is a smoother way of showing it to the user, appreciate your input:muscle:
thanks @seanhoots for your thoughts on this project:+1:
the image with the hand is currently still in progress - the idea with the skin tone is really nice, i´ll check what i can do there:)
the thing with the date time picker and why its only showing on top is because of the mobile view, when i checked it with automatic positioning it was a bit awkward, but maybe i will change that to automatic on desktop and to on top when mobile.
I just rechecked it and it seems to be working good now, but before it zoomed in and the picker overlapped the screen - thats probably because I used a small text size before.
