Active campaign

Hey everyone, I am trying to connect active campaign through the api connector and keep getting an error saying

Certificate expired

I have reached out to active campaign and they can’t help.

I can’t find anything relating to this problem, any have any idea?

What api end point are you referencing for active campaign? Did you use https://
A screen shot of your api call would help to diagnose the issue.

Looks like an active campaign issue. The SSL certificate has expired.

This is why you are getting the Certificate expired error.
I would recommend going back to Active Campaign and asking them to take another look at it.
