I have to create a workflow that adds a list of users to an element that has the value “list of users” as a field, could someone help me?

Just use a ‘make changes to a thing’ workflow and add the list of Users to the ‘list of Users’ field.
I’m confused by your screenshot…
Are you trying to make changes to a list of things? In which case you need to define the list of things to change in the ‘List To Change’ field… (I’ve no idea what list of things you’re trying to change, so I can’t help you there)…
But from your original post (although I may have misunderstood the question) I thought you were trying to add a list of things to (list) field on another datatype? In which case you don’t want to be making changes to a list of things (unless you’re trying to add a list of things to a list of other things??..)
Can you clarify what you’re trying to do?..
