Add on different field of the database

I want to add data on the database but i want that the user select on which field he want to add

To have the user select which fields they want to add you can use a dropdown.

1. Insert the dropdown and add choices e.g. here color and type. I inserted it in a repeating group here together with an input and a change button
   
   
2. For the workflow of the change button. Using the ability to add an “only when” for the action: When the dropdowns value is “color”, you can create a new thing/or make changes to a things color. When the dropdowns value is “type” you can create a new thing/or make changes to a things type
