I downloaded a blog template from bubble templates.
How can I add this template to my existing site (which is obviously in bubble) already?
Use the copy to another app feature. But first, it is best practice to copy and paste all option sets, data types and styles. Then begin with any reusable elements and finish with pages.
I would like to copy the template first and then modify it . Do you recommend otherwise?
That sounds like a good approach.
