Advice on moving users from newsletter to profile sign up

I’d love some thoughts on how to funnel my email subscribers to create a profile on my marketplace. More context below:

  1. My website will be a marketplace for consumers.
  2. Consumers can “create a profile” to save favorite products and manage thtier orders etc - consumers who made a profile will be subscribed to the newsletter but consumers can subscribe only to emails and they won’t have to create a profile for this.
  3. I want every subscriber to also hopefully have a profile.

Is there any product solution someone could recommend if they’ve encountered a similar problem of how I get to point 3? Some sort of seamless integration that allows an “Easy profile Sign-up:” Making it simple for newsletter subscribers to upgrade to a profile.

put a [go to page] as the last step of the send newsletter button
the page will be for the login page

Or if it’s too much and you want something simpler, you can do it by just opening a popup so the user can create an account

then pull the email
because if you ask him to fill in something again that he just entered, it’s very likely that he won’t want it
