🖥 Agora Video Conferencing (WebRTC) and Streaming with Cloud Recording - New Plugin from Zeroqode

Hello, @tarasmuzon

Due to the fact that we have some additional questions regarding your settings, can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide us information regarding the page, where we can find the plugin? This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:

Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

Looking to hear you soon.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Support team

Thank you. Just added you as a collaborator.

The pages are “stream” and “stage”

Ha, that’s actually a different person

In any case, is it a requirement that I have to input the name of the room? Can I use an arbitrary generated number/id instead if I can’t use user’s unique id?

Seems a bit limiting if hosts need to manually share the name of the room with the audience.

Hello, @tarasmuzon
We are sorry for this misunderstanding with the app  :slightly_smiling_face:

Yes, the room name should be created manually (by the host), so the plugin will create a Token.
Unfortunately, generating the room name by the User’s ID will cause users to simply not be able to connect because the Current User’s ID condition is used.

Recommendation: Do not use parameters from the URL as the name of the channel (room) or part of it.
Please carefully check the documentation for the Agora RTC component and especially Streaming:

Try to change a bit your settings, accordingly to our Demo Page and let us know about your result:

Did you end up solving this?

I’ve got dynamically generated room names working so lmk if there’s something I can help with.

Yeah, it all works now. Thank you.

Hello @ZeroqodeSupport

In RealTimeCall using AgoraRTC, can I join room with camera, audio off?
I would like to turn on the audio at any time afterwards.
For example, with GoogleMeet, I can set up the camera and microphone before entering the room. Is it possible to do the same thing?
And if this is not possible, is there any plan to make it possible in a future update?
Sorry if you already have the same question.
Thank you in advance.

Hello, @ysys0201
Thanks for reaching out.

Please note that you can disable Audio and Video while you are joining the call:

Thus, you will start the conference with disabled camera, which you can enable during the call:

Please check it and let us know if these features are convenient for you.

Thanks for the reply.
I understand that it is possible to disable audio and video while joining a call, but I could not figure out how to turn off video and audio before joining.

And indeed, for Video, I was able to enable it even after joining with “enable video” unchecked, but for Audio, I think that if I join with “enable audio” unchecked, I will not be able to enable it again.

Is there no other way but to start with “enable audio” turned on?

Hello, @ysys0201
Thanks for the question.

You can turn off the Audio and Video from the workflow before joining the call.
The "Join AgoraRTC " action contains 2 check-boxes, which allow you to enable or disable these features.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to disable Audio by default and then, turn it on during the conference. It works only with the Video feature.

However, our team will check if it is possible to improve and control the audio before and after joining the call.
We will notify you once it will be done.

Thank you very much.

So now, you can control your Audio and Video before and during the Conference.

Hello! I love your plugin and I like keeping up-to-date; however, the latest update has done something funny to the aspect ratio. See how the user appears inside the rectangle on your demo page (below).

It doesn’t fill the whole shape like it did before and you can now see black margins.

I tried reverting (1.34 is what broke it) - older versions work fine. Is this something you can fix?

Hello, @josh19
Thanks for your patience.

By this message, we would like to notify you that our team added a new parameter “Display mode” to the plugin element:

Now, you can select the required type of displaying the video for your application.
Please check all of these options and let us know if it is convenient for you.

Hi @freee, thanks for your message.

We would recommend checking and comparing your use case setup with setting up on our demo pages, as well as passing all use case steps in “step by step” mode - to see if any parallel workflows are influencing the use case flow (disconnecting the image).

Please let us know if the issue will persist after checking.
