Has anybody experienced this kind of bug before? All of sudden all my elements in a page missing, resulting in large number of errors in test mode. No matter what I did (clear cache, restarting browser/computer), the elements still missing.
I have raised to Bubble support, but seems like taking a lot of time for them to diagnose and provide solutions. This is the 2nd time I’ve faced this issue.
I would somehow understand if this had happened after reimporting a corrupted app file. But all of a sudden… seems like Bubble support is the way to go.
I see. It could be the reason because both my apps are copies of existing app/template.
I have raised to support, currently waiting for their action. Last time what they did was they revert the app to the last updated version before this error happened.
before this happened, did you work on the editor before?
Yes it happened when I am working in editor.
switch to a paid plan, at leats starter plan
the revert ur changes back to the previous worflow
I am in starter plan.
First try a different browser or use incognito mode.
If it persists then contact support. This has should not have anything to do with your app plan.
We faced same issues . Creates save points and branches hence. Better but still this huge bug. Feels like hours of work gets lost.
Yup, I lost 6 days waiting for support to revert back to the moment before elements went missing.
