Allow app users to choose the colour of their profile background

I am building functionality where users can create their own profile (publicly available profile). On here, I want them to be able to choose the colour of the background to their profile.

How would this be achieved?

So you can use conditionals on the page itself to choose a color from the user.

Just make sure background stye is Flat Color.
