Looking for a cheaper-priced alternative to replace Twilio. The use case is to send a SMS to a user.

Plivo is slightly cheaper you can use the API connector to send messages Message | Plivo API Reference

Not sure about pricing, but I found ClickSend to work well (and much easier than Twilio for my clients to get their number approved, which, in the US, has been getting more and more difficult).
