Anyone having issues right now? Page in Safari is hanging - have no idea why

I’m freaking out a little right now because I’m supposed to be doing a live demo of my app soon.

When I load a specific page of my app on Safari desktop the whole app freezes! Doesn’t happen on Windows desktop or Safari mobile. And I can’t figure out why, on debug mode it just freezes on loading of that page. All other pages work perfectly fine. The specific page loads but user can’t scroll, all buttons unclickable, very glitchy

Anyone else buggy?

Issue fixed itself - Bubble was being buggy again I guess

Actually I thought it fixed itself but it’s still happening. How do I investigate a bug if I can’t get any info from the bubble debugger? The page hangs before anything happens so the debugger is empty

Check your network tab in developer tools and see where the holdup is

Thanks @georgecollier , looks like I have a hint here possibly. But the weird thing is I don’t have any workflows that connect to stripe on page load so I can’t figure out why Stripe is hanging

Ugh never mind that loading thing is on most of my pages, which aren’t hanging. I can’t figure this out

I’m still getting this error, seems to only be affecting Safari desktop. So far all I know is that if I erase the cache or have Safari not use the cache, it doesn’t happen. Any ideas?

You’re going to have to narrow it down:

Is it a specific desktop or it happens on all desktops running your app on Safari?

Does it work on other browsers on affected desktops?

It might be my specific desktop running Safari - I only have one MacBook so I can’t tell if it affects other Macs.

I just downloaded Firefox for Mac and tested it on the affected desktop - no issues. No issues using Firefox or Chrome on unaffected desktops

Since other browsers have no issues we can narrow it down to a Safari issue. On top of that since it works on Safari on your mobile device (since you have no other mac devices to test it on) it most likely is an issue with a Safari setting or extension in your affected desktop.
