I have set up an API workflow to send an email to a product creator when it is purchased on my site’ marketplace but it just won’t sent and for the life of me I don’t know why.
Here’s the backend workflow…
And then this is in the actual workflow…
But it doesn’t work!
Is there something obvious I’m missing?

Hi there, @danjkahn… any time I have something that looks like it should be working but isn’t, it will often come down to privacy rules. Any chance you have any privacy rules in place that could be getting in the way?
