API Workflow Update row

Hi,

Im hitting a brick wall and need some advice.

I have a word flow api that sends data to bubble database.

I want to add a new row with data if the device does not exist and that is measured with a field. If the field is the same than what is send from the api we dont create a new row.

But

We must the change/update the data that is in the row of the device that was matched.

How can this be done?
