What if my app becomes too big and I need to get the source code from bubble. Could that ever happen?

For now, I’m afraid you’re tied in but there are growth plans if/when your app goes viral, which by all account is surely a good thing. For now, don’t worry about it and just concentrate on getting it out there. The rest will follow.
