@nick.carroll App is not getting passed the splash screen, was working earlier today.

I solved it by doing an OTA Deploy, and after that everything worked fine
For me too! The app won’t start! What’s going on?
@dreadnaught73849 is your app still frozen? There should have been no need to do any ota updates or anything - digging into it, but let me know if the apps are still frozen or not

We've encountered an error deploying your web application to Live. Any mobile deployments associated with this deploy have been canceled as well. Please try again later.
My app is on the Agency Plan.
I have also deployed an OTA to solve the issue 
i made an ota update and its partially fixed but still getting users reporting the app is frozen as of this morning
We pushed out a fix for bad code that was causing apps to get stuck on the splash screen after the new pricing rollout. Please let us know if your users are still getting stuck - new builds / OTAs should not be required.
@dreadnaught73849 I’m still encountering this problem when trying to deploy my mobile app, and I’m not using the web version. Could this issue be related to the thread?
