My mobile app is still frozen on the splash screen for many users. I have pushed an OTA update and users have tried redownloading the app, but with no luck.
I am also experiencing lots of UI bugs on the live version:
- Uploaded items and images just suddenly disappear from the app. In the database the images just display a blue box with a question mark, but nothing is visible on the live version.
- Vertical lists and shortlists that won’t fully load and also suddenly just disappears when the user has the app open. Refreshing and reopening the app does not work.
- Simple workflows that gets an error or freezes the entire app when trying to run.
The issues seemed to escalate yesterday. Is this just my case, or is it happening to any of you?
