After I built a new version and while waiting for it to be approved in the Apple Store (at the moment it’s under review), the screen “It’s time to update your app” appears in the application and I can’t do anything.
Please help me if there is any solution to this problem?

Did you deprecate the previous live version?
no…. on Android works fine, the problem is on IOS only…
Oh interesting. We have an update coming out soon that should address reliability issues with the update app screen. Will let you know when thats out so you can test again
Has this been released yet? We now only have 3 live versions available so its important this screen works properly

@nick.carroll I’m still having this issue… Whenever my app is being opened for the first time (right after installation on device) it keeps frozen on splash screen. The user need to close it and open it again to go past the splash. A lot of my users won’t know that, so it’s really frustrating to know that a lot of people will be downloading my app, being stuck on splash screen, giving up and unnistalling it. Please guys, fix this as soon as possible.
hmm yeah after the latest update this shouldn’t be happening. Do you mind filing a bug report if you haven’t already? This may be more specific to your app.
