Applicants (User list to repeating group)

Hi! How can we show User list in a repeating group? I am trying to show the list of Applicants who applied for a job posting.

Where are you going to show a list of applicants (is it a separate page with type of content = Job)? What DB setup do you have (a list of Users/Applicants within Job data type or some other approach)
