Are there any great SEO tutorials?

Are there any great SEO tutorials? I really have no knowledge when it comes to SEO. HTML tags? What is h1, h2, h3? HTML tags?

I would really appreciate some help, thanks!

@jaos.pcl - I posted this a few weeks back. In addition to the video link posted, search around his youtube library of videos; you’ll probably find something of use. Good luck!

I purchased (not affiliated) this SEO course over on Udemy:

Admittedly I’ve only done a few parts here and there, but solid reviews and seems well thought out…

Thanks all for your inputs @luke2 @scottb50. I hate SEO more than responsiveness at the moment…

Start with these -

  1. http://static.googleusercontent…
  2. SEO Basics: Complete Beginner’s Guide to Search Engine Optimization
  3. SEO: A Comprehensive Guide for Beginners
  4. SEO: The Beginner’s Guide to Search Engine Optimization from Moz

I’ve found this thread and it really helped me. Thank you for creating it, OP. BTW, maybe someone here knows something about off-page SEO? I know a thing or two about how to optimize the site, but I don’t know how to make proper crowd marketing, for example. One of my friends told me that I need this stuff and even recommended a company which can make it for me (these http://crowdo.net guys). I’ve already bought a link pack from them, and they did it great, but I want to save some money. I’ve discovered that making links on my own is damn hard. How to manage that?
