Hello!

I am having trouble with the multi drop down on an iPhone.
Currently my multi drop down is populating, but the selection cannot be made.
I tried it in both Safari and Chrome and neither works. It is working fine on both browsers using my laptop though.

I see that several users have posted about this problem in the forum over the last few years. (I can’t link my post to their posts as their posts have been closed for replies unfortunately. ) But I have not seen anyone updating to say they managed to solve the problem.

Autocomplete on mobile

Hi all, I have an autocomplete search but when I try to use it on a mobile it doesn’t seem to work, I am using an iPhone 6 and when I either select the relevant option, or press a button to create a new thing as per the typed text, it doesn’t work. However, it works fine on my laptop. Has anyone else experienced something similar, and if so, have you found a fix? I assume it’s more of an issue with the device as opposed to the app.

iPhone Autofill of text input boxes not working

When I click into a text input box (e.g., the enter email address box) on my app on an iPhone (using the chrome mobile browser), the iPhone suggests some autofill email addresses just above the keyboard. When I click the email address to select it (which usually then populates the currently selected text input field), nothing happens. Is there something I have to do to enable the use of the iPhone text autofill suggestions? Thanks!

Hi Vikash,
It was so long ago I actually can’t remember. But I doubt that it was resolved.
