Autocomplete on mobile

Hi all,

I have an autocomplete search but when I try to use it on a mobile it doesn’t seem to work,

I am using an iPhone 6 and when I either select the relevant option, or press a button to create a new thing as per the typed text, it doesn’t work. However, it works fine on my laptop.

Has anyone else experienced something similar, and if so, have you found a fix?

I assume it’s more of an issue with the device as opposed to the app.

I’m experiencing the same problem. I have an iphone 8.
I’ve tried both Safari and Chrome on my iphone, and both browsers exhibit the same problem.
Is there a fix for this?
