We’re building an app that will replace a 34 page word document with a single page form.
We need to be able to make sure that things are saved as the user inputs information.
How do we do that??
You can use the workflow “When an input´s value is changed” and “Make changes to thing”.
That will save the data in the input when it´s changed, without any need to pressa any button or icon.

Will that count to a lot of workflows??? I guess so… Maybe not an issue…
You can try it with Custom states, that won’t count towards your workflows. Haven’t tested it out but probably be something like:
Current User’s (custom state of Form type) “form”
