AWS Access Key Error When Converting HTML to PDF – Bubble Page to PDF Converter

Hi everyone,

We recently encountered an issue when converting HTML to PDF using the Bubble Page to PDF Converter plugin. This is the first time we have seen this error after using the plugin for more than 10 months.

Error Message:
“InvalidAccessKeyId: The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records.”

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Used the Generate PDF action
  2. Selected ConvertertoPDF A
  3. Ran the Bubble Page to PDF Converter workflow

What We Know:

  • We are an active subscriber to this plugin
  • We have been using it successfully for over 10 months with no issues
  • This error appeared suddenly without any changes on our end

We would like to understand if this is a known issue, a plugin-side problem, or something on the AWS configuration side. Any help or insights from the community or the plugin developer would be greatly appreciated.
