🤔 AWS link to Http(s)

Guys I need a quick help if this is at all possible.

I need to send a voice recording to an external API for transcription. API takes only Http or Https files to transcribe. While bubble generates AWS link e.g.: “//s3.amazonaws.com/appforest_uf/f1673957578256x174904186430492320/null.mp3

Is there a way to turn this into an http(s) url?

Just pre-pend “https:” … or am I missing something?

Well, if you are missing something, I am missing it, too, because my first thought when the post came in was, “Um, add ‘https:’ to the beginning of the URL?” I didn’t respond, though, because I thought I must be, you know, missing something.

Guys I’m so thankful! I guess I’m just so dumb, I didn’t know this worked like that

Don’t even get started on this, or why sometimes you should switch it for that

What?

Another option … do realtime voice transcription with assembly.ai
https://planbbackups.io/assemblyai
Freshly minted - I’ll give you a free use to try it out

Yeaah I’ve built a connection with Rev.ai and for some reason it doesn’t work when I run it.
However when I do run the workflow step-by-step in a debug mode it works just fine.

Could it be timing out? How can i check it?

And yeah man I’m thinking of integrating Assembly AI instead…

Meta I just read this and thought of this.

The value of this always changes based on how a function is called, even when the function was defined on an object at creation
