Backend workflow - make app see current user on detect request data workflow

so i am using replicate.com api to generate images from text and backend workflows to retrieve the images.

i am retrieving images automatically with API workflow - detect request data. when the image is retrieve i create a new thing(user image) and i need to add the new thing to the user’s user image list. i just don’t know how to log in the user(authentificate/make app see current user) on that specific workflow

If you schedule an api workflow with an action in the frontend the current user is automatically available.
If you call the api workflow with a direct http request you need to authenticate following the instruction in the manual
