Bubble Developer Needed — Stripe Marketplace Payments + TopCal Plugin [Calendar Availability/Scheduling and Booking System]

Fixed budget: $200.

The app is fully built with complete UI and 60–80% of implementation in place for both items - Stripe and TopCal calendar scheduling. I need someone to help get past specific blockers. No design work, no new features, no scope creep.

What needs to be done

1. Stripe Marketplace Payments

  • Complete Stripe Connect integration for a two-sided marketplace (Clients pay, Sellers get paid out)
  • Authorization at booking, payment capture after job completion
  • Tiered cancellation refund logic tied to booking states
  • Payout release logic: funds held during 24h dispute window, released only after “Completed – Released” state
  • Platform fee deduction (flat 10%) on every transaction
  • Handle re-authorization flow for far-future bookings - already implemented
  • End-to-end testing of payment and payout flows

2. Seller Availability & Calendar (TopCal plugin [preferred] or equivalent plugin)

  • Sellers must be able to set availability: full days off and specific hour blocks
  • 30-minute time increments with 15-minute buffers before and after every booking
  • Confirmed bookings must auto-block seller calendar
  • Same-day booking support with minimum 2-hour lead time
  • Buyer booked slot reflects on seller calendar and also visible to other buyers as unavailable slot

What’s already in place

  • Complete UI for booking flow, seller profile, dashboard, and admin panel
  • Partial Stripe and TopCal implementation (~60–80% done)
  • Booking state machine defined (Pending → Accepted → Confirmed → In Progress → Completed → Disputed etc.)

I am not sure where everyone is getting the idea that you can ask for a bunch of work like this and expect to pay a $200 fixed price. :man_shrugging:
