Yep. Wish I could get some work done today. My potential clients are starting to ask questions like, “Is there any contingency plan for when Bubble goes down? Because it’s been down 3 times this week.”

And this time it affects me!

Now it’s an outrage!

I wonder how many times we are going to experience this. My work is interrupted just too much.

I still have to read from some users that these outages are GOOD :joy:!! Once again, my clients are at the mercy, all my APIs have crashed, and all my automations have gone down the drain for the third time.

Maybe I’ll use this time to test out WeWeb + Xano :stuck_out_tongue:

Even worse are our customers who can’t do their jobs

Are your scheduled API jobs getting wiped when these outages occur?

Trust is an essential element in any relationship, whether personal or professional. In the business context, trust is crucial for maintaining efficiency, productivity, and the reputation of a company. When trust is repeatedly broken, as is the case with constant app failures, the negative impact accumulates day by day.

Yep, they were all canceled for some reason. Plus, I have backend workflows that automate Twitter with football results, and now, right in the middle of the Real Madrid game, it crashed. Such bad luck, hahahaha.

Interesting. My scheduled jobs didn’t get wiped, but maybe in your case it’s preventing the scheduling from happening.

On top of that, you really start noticing all the frustrations in the editor.

Can’t select and copy text from the server logs. When you click on search parameters (Do a search for…), too frequently the idiot search parameters window disappears when you try to select a field constraint. Refresh the editor page and try again…

How often we have to refresh the editor window to get the editor to work again.

Little crap like that adds up to make you wonder why Bubble prioritizes what they do.

What to do when your client asks you what you’re doing to solve this problem? The undesirable yet more accurate response is: nothing, I’m waiting. Are we selling lies to our clients when we claim that nocode is reliable? What about when we claim that Bubble is reliable?

Yeah, starting to think of migrating two full-stack projects and that’s a big undertaking but staying also seems like it could be wrought with issues.

Yes, exactly, the recent issues have also been very poorly handled by Bubble because to end users, it looks like it is our fault, when in reality, it has nothing to with the app owners.

Yes, in my case, when a workflow ends in the backend workflow, it schedules again for 1 minute from now. Since Bubble is down, there’s no completion of the scheduling because the workflow hasn’t even been completed. The result = everything collapses. It’s quite frustrating.

down for me too.

Yeah it’s become so routine for me that it is laughable. Meanwhile they are changing minor crap that no one cares about (like why make the left menu so small, wtf is the point of that) and all we care about is that it just doesn’t crash or fail ever. Developing in constant fear is just about one of the worst things.

For me it’s down again

Worth a try some time, I guess
