Bubble Down Again (3rd time on May 8th)

All down again!

Earlier when Bubble editor or my app was not accessible, I used to check if my internet is down.

Now I first come to forum to see if there is a thread on it.

I’m in a conference, I’ll have a major presentation tomorrow, trying to sell Bubble for enterprise customers, and this happens… WOW… Bad.

The progression of the color coding on their status page is interesting. I’m curious how that’s determined. From my perspective it appears they changed the ā€œmajor outageā€ color from red to bright green so the status bar looks less bad. It may be time based though.


Edit: I can see now that you can expand the chart and see that the colors are in-fact time based.

Are they going to compensate for the losses bubble build business faced? Of course not, but if their payment gets delayed due to a card failure, they take your app down within 4 hours without prior notice and retry the payment method. :clown_face:

Every service us subject to downtime and I can understand that perfectly (been there, done that) . What bothers me is bad communication. This on-off-on-off every 10-ish minutes, as shown in the list of incidents today (May 8th) is not great for us, users, to plan what to do.
And declaring an incident is fixed (stop counting as an outage) just to declare another one started a new incident will skew the downtime measurement.
